Committees are the way ASK functions. All committee members are volunteers. If you are interested in being part of a committee, please contact us:

Building & Grounds Committee
The Building Committee attends to any matters related to ASK’s physical space at 97 Broadway.


Education Committee
The Education Committee arranges talks, interviews, and lectures with and about artists.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee oversees ASK’s financial activities.

Events Committee
The Events Committee creates several unique fundraising events over the course of the year.

Gallery Committee
The Gallery Committee oversees the three galleries on the ground floor, arranging the monthly exhibitions of Member’s work as well as curated shows, and the Community Gallery.

Performing Arts Committee
The Performing Arts Committee oversees activities on the second floor of the building including all presentations in the Performance Space and the various uses of Rehearsal Room.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee oversees the data base of ASK members and continually reaches out to them.

marketing & Communications committee
The Marketing & Communications Committee presents timely information about all the activities at ASK to the ASK members as well as to the community at large.

hospitality & Volunteers committee
The Hospitality & Volunteers Committee helps ASK in many ways including gallery sitting, preparing and serving food and wine, and setting up chairs for talks and performances.
