Artist’s Responsibilities: 1. Deliver artwork on the drop off day as announced. 2. Work must be wired and ready for hanging at time of drop off. 3. All work must be original by the artist. No copies or reproductions. Artist must own all permissions and copyrights to the work including any commercial rights. 4. No artwork can be submitted more than once in a 12-month period. 5. Artwork must be picked up on pick up day as announced. Artwork not picked up within 30 days of last announced pick up day will be considered abandoned. 6. Ask does not provide insurance for art work. 7. Artworks must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition. 8. We encourage that all submissions be for sale. ASK Responsibilities: 1. Promote the exhibition through social media and emails. 2. Coordinate the sale of artworks. ASK retains 30% administrative fee from all sales during the exhibition or as a direct result of the exhibition. 3. Take reasonable care to prevent damage to the artwork. However, ASK is not responsible for any damage. NOTE: ASK reserves the right to exercise discretion in the display of artwork in its galleries. Positioning of artwork is the sole responsibility of ASK’s hanging committee.
